Added manifest to force to run as admin (to fix path name issue for now). Updated to use the PostURL when restoring files (fixes issue where restores started breaking). Update Open/Save dialogs to set the InitialDirectory to MyDocuments. Fixed issue where restore wasn't using the Checked item, instead was using the Selected one (and if nothing was selected, nothing would restore)

Updated the new Category Override feature to allow the appending to OR replacing of the categories in the restored posts. So now new cattegories can be added to the restored posts OR the categories replaced with the new ones.
